Whalley Range Sports Centre the Place to Be
Why is it great?
There are no men in the gym!
The gym is clean and tidy!
The music is played at an acceptable level where you can converse with people!
It's a friendly environment!
Great Power Pump class so please leave on the timetable.
Ways to improve?
Additional fitness classes, i.e. Pilates, Step, Yoga (for 1 hr)
Gym - increase the resistance of the Adductor and abductor machines. They are currently too easy and don't offer any real resistance, unless you go really, really heavy with the weights.

You can’t use the gym at certain times
You can’t use the gym at certain times, was only told this after turning up on a Monday ready to work out, that it is booked for a private session every Monday for 2 hours which wasn’t made clear on the timetable when signing up. There is a QR code to scan for access, however sometimes denies access and you have to wait for someone to let you in which isn’t efficient self service.
