Better - Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre Recensioni 

I only use the pool and I have had a good experience swimming where you can use all tools to support and improve your swimming techniques. I have also had adult lessons and they are good in their approach, as I have taken those learnings away and can swim much better. All staff members are helpful.

Overall I am happy, only thing I would suggest is when a new student starts it would be nice to be welcomed/acknowledged so we are aware of what we need to do, where to meet etc.

Great training environment, a wide range of facilities, everything you need to get fit and healthy.

My little girl is loving these gymnastics classes. She is gaining confidence and receiving at times 1:1 support when required. This was her second lesson and she’s always very excited to go

The better App is not intuitive at all!!!

However, the member of staff Fariya was extremely helpful. I’ve explained to her why I never found the app intuitive.

No support from staff they just told me to work it out on the tablet myself and sign up etc, no introduction or a walk around the facility. I have joined but will see how it goes otherwise will cancel

From 11th of August I pay for membership, my partner(adult membership) and two juniors membership... I am a student and I had to upload some documents, what I did (student ID card and a screenshot of enrollment page from university), in the same time I contacted my University for an official letter, the answer took longer to receive... from 31st of August my membership was suspended, but anyway on 2nd of September the money for membership for current month was taken from my bank account... I contacted Customer Service via e-mail and from app(already sent the confirmation letter which I received already), but until today my membership still suspended...
I am very disappointed and it is unacceptable to explain every day to staff the situation for to get me access through the gate...

Great place, great equipment and facilities. Regularly cleaned and maintained. Ans great customer support and friendly staff.

Excellent facilities, first class care and multidisciplinary equipment

The facilities and array of options, classes, activities , they have nearly everything for everyone, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because although mostly everywhere is spotless clean, the space that should be the most importantly clean are the toilets which really need much more attention. Other than that i highly enjoy and recommend this place.

Zoe is a great teacher and I was worried about the possibility of convincing our child to go in without us every week. But it was not the case she loved to go in without us and has made significant progress. We now look forward to moving on to Foundation classes.

I want to give a massive shout-out and heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at the Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre — especially the front-line reception staff, who are the first to greet us with a smile every time we walk in. A special mention goes to Jesse, Ruwayda, Tamara, Aqsa, Razvan, Latanya, Kie, and Farhiyo.

My wife and I have been attending the Feel Good Centre since it opened, and over the years we’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many fantastic staff members. From past to present, the entire team has shown nothing but warmth, professionalism, and dedication — making the Centre a truly special place.

That said, the current team — what can I say? They are simply amazing. Every time we come in, we’re made to feel like royalty. The reception team always welcomes us so warmly, asks how we’re doing, and even checks in on our family. That kind of personal care means so much to us.

Because of the amazing atmosphere the staff have created, we’ve brought many friends and family members to the gym. It genuinely feels like home — a place filled with positivity and community. The staff are always friendly, funny, supportive, and yet highly professional.

A big shout-out to the front desk team who, despite dealing with countless people each day, remain courteous, helpful, and full of kindness. You are the heartbeat of the Feel Good experience.

We also want to thank the General Manager, who has been there for us in times of need. Your leadership and support are deeply appreciated and clearly reflected in the exceptional team you lead.

After more than eight years as members, we’ve never once been disappointed. From the early days to now, the staff have always gone above and beyond — and we are truly grateful.

Good place to visit

The staff are very friendly! I used the centre for a birthday party and it was organised very well, tidy meeting room and staff had a positive attitude to help!

My two children have participated in both swimming lessons and gymnastics since the age of 5. The multiple coaches they have had over the years have always demonstrated passion for the skills and professionalism in delivery. As well as lessons, the facilities here are seemingly almost endless for families - from the pool to the soft play to the track. It truly is a great place for families in the local community!

I’ve been coming to this leisure center regularly, mainly for swimming and occasionally for the sauna, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The pool is a great space for both casual and more serious swimmers, and the sauna is a perfect way to relax afterward.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They create a warm and safe atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable.

A special shout-out to the management team – it’s clear they’re doing an excellent job. Everything runs smoothly, the facilities are consistently in great condition, and there’s a real sense of care and pride in how the center is operated. It makes a big difference.
