Brilliant morning

I took my two grandsons to the centre on Saturday for the first time.
The eldest is Autistic and the young men on the Clip n Climb were really supportive and understanding.

My youngest grandson loved the soft play.
Both activities were very reasonably priced.

We’ll definitely be back soon.

Awesome support and encouragement

Thanks so much for all the support and encouragement. It’s lovely to have some interaction and feel welcome when I come to the gym.
I’d love it if you could get that exercise bike fixed so that I don’t have to wait to get on one, please

Bedlam

Arrived today for Clip and climb with 3 children, I had arrived at the wrong time slot so firstly that was £30 lost children were very upset staff offered no help it was obviously my mistake so
I then paid for the soft play, which was absolutely bedlam. More people arriving but no one leaving, grown men sitting on the soft play rather than chairs, people stood everywhere so no one could move. It was very unsafe.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced when you attended the Wave Leisure Centre for a Clip & Climb session recently. It's understandably frustrating when scheduled activities are disrupted when you are travelling with children so we apologise that the staff were not as helpful as they could have been.

I want to clarify that our team can only allow you access to an activity that you are booked into however, they are able to assist you with a credit of the funds you paid for the previous activity. Are you able to confirm if you were credited for the Clip & Climb session that you were unable to attend?
