No introduction to the gym equipment left to find out by myself. No questions ask of physical needs and what I needed the gym for.

We strive to make sure every member feels supported, and it sounds like we missed the mark in providing the right introduction and guidance for you. We'll work on improving our initial orientation to make sure all of your needs are addressed from the start. If you'd like, we’d be happy to schedule a one-on-one session to go over equipment. If this is something you would like, please let us know and we will assist you with setting up an induction.
