I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Southgate Leisure Centre.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during your visit. As a company, we take great pride in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of facility maintenance. Therefore, I am disappointed to hear that we fell short of your expectations.
I want to assure you that your feedback is of the utmost importance to us, and we take all comments seriously. As such, I will be escalating your concerns to the centre manager for immediate review and attention. They will investigate the points you raised and take the necessary steps to resolve any issues.

We are sorry to hear that some of the machines are out of order.
We have just acquired the centre and are currently reviewing what needs to be fixed/updated so we are working hard to make sure everything is in working order.
