The instructors were all very welcoming and friendly to my son. He went into the lesson being abit sad and apprehensive about going in the pool on his own, but came out the pool laughing and very excited. He took very well to his teacher Aaron which made him feel more at ease in himself and Aaron was very accommodating towards him .
He is very excited to attend his next lesson.

A positive and enjoyable pastime
Both my wife and I are on the wrong side of 70 and our experience to date of Better has been very positive with regard to the helpful friendly staff and the excellent facilities. In my case Gym and pool. In particular, my gym induction was thorough and very helpful. My wife is certainly benefiting from the various group classes she attends.

It would have been nice to have been advised you have to pay for parking when using the leisure centre instead of letting paying customers receive parking tickets!!
