No one even knows the managers name apparently not even she does. Grace…??
No communication regarding our booking and the facilities being closed from the day before!!! Due to an apparent leak… so why weren’t we called ? We paid for parking and then upon arriving was told the manager couldn’t speak to us. We were unable to use the facilities we had booked over a month ago!!! Do not recommend 0/10!!!!!! So much for a relaxation day at the spa with attitude from all staff members. Grace eyeballed us as we were leaving and gave us a wave 👋 as we left 🤣 how professional

It's pretty good but could be improved
I go mainly to the Rainbow Leisure Centre. For the most part it is ok however for fitness swimming there always seems to be swimmers in the medium lane that continually lap swimmers and should be encouraged to move to the fast lane. Also, there often isn't any soap in the ladies toilet.

6th birthday party - Multi sports
We had a 6th birthday party for my son. We used the multi-sports package for football. It was so well organised and all the staff were really nice and helpful. Special shout out to Jonathan.

We had our 6year olds birthday party on…
We had our 6year olds birthday party on Saturday.
The whole process from booking, time & food choices, communication from Jonathon all the way through to the clear up was very straight forward.
Jonathon was a great host and couldn’t do more for us!
We have always done DIY parties but this time it was a joy to sit back and have it all ready set up whilst the kids enjoyed softplay.
Would highly recommend 👍🏼🥳

Failure to offer a refund
Hi
I was unwell and was forced to cancel the appointment. I cancelled this appointment in good time as per the T&Cs
Despite many attempts to contact the company and request a refund I have just been ignored.

Super children’s party experience
We had a super party experience for our son’s 5th birthday. Jonathan was a lovely party host and liaised with us before the event to finalise dietary requirements and other arrangements. He greeted us on the day and made us and our guests feel welcome. All the staff were welcoming and the place was clean and we were guided at the right junctures throughout the event.

The junior membership is not very good
The junior membership is not very good. Hardly any space to book an induction when I want. The swimming pool is mainly for teaching, then to on a weekend it is fully booked. The question why have a membership in a gym that I can't use.

My 4 yr old’s birthday party
My 4 yr old’s birthday party was very well organised. Cathy, our room coordinator was absolutely fantastic, very helpful, proactive and efficient. The food was great, good portions and fresh. Nadeesha from the cafe was also very accommodating in accepting a late order for an adult sandwich platter.

Foam Blaster party
We recently hosted a Foam Blaster party at the Rainbow Leisure Centre in Epsom. It was extremely well organised, and the party hosts were great with the children. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

My experience so far is all fantastic! Excellent reception staff, good clean gym with nice equipment, good pool with swim for fitness lanes, nice cafe with a wide variety of food and drink, what more could I want?

I had a recent soft play party for my son’s birthday, the experience was very positive. Jonathan the party lead is extremely organised, efficient and assisted throughout ensuring everything ran very smoothly. I would recommend having a soft play party at Rainbow.

the leisure centre is fully inclusive…
the leisure centre is fully inclusive and the BETTER philosophy is my very own after 30 yrs. experience in Australia in social welfare. looked at from the materialistic side it is obviously not 5 star. However from an Idealist it is 5 star. There is a certain ambience of acceptance that pervades like humanity and equality. I witnessed babies to an 95 y.o. with me in the gym and grandparents in swimming lessons with young. staff fantastic

Ease of booking online for classes
Ease of booking online for classes, which are set out in a clear concise way. Friendly groups and a chance to meet others in coffee lounge. Couse leaders are mostly excellent. I will have to learn which classes get booked very quickly if I have a hope of attending.

Good facilities. But the parking in such a pain! No cash. Only Ringo app. That's useless .and doesn't pick up on device location! Staff weren't very helpful

Everything is fine just there are few of dumbbells like the 4-10kg there is just one pair of each, if someone take it we all have to wait and I dont think we have that much time
