Knowledgeable staff who took time to show me all equipment in detail and answered all questions that I had. Very warm and friendly and made me feel very welcome on my first time at the gym.

I’d just like to mention Dave who works at Queensmead fitness centre
He gave me my induction
He was informative,very friendly and a great help
He’s there every time I go and is always there to help me if I need it
