I had an introduction and agreement to the apparatus iwas going to use last week. I had a plan which helped. When i attended for my 1st session though there were many people exercising, apparatus was available, cleaned, and operative.

Booking classes at Penrith is a nightmare for instance when the evening indoor cycling is added each week it is always fully booked but come Thursday there are spaces????

I found the whole experience very supportive and encouraging. I found my health advisor (Adam) very knowledgeable, empathetic, and sensitive to my needs. He made me feel relaxed and very welcomed in a place I would have felt to be the odd one out. Every stage of the process has been very positive and enjoyable. I now look forward to coming to the gym and feel confident and comfortable in doing so.

the men's showers are always dirty and…
the men's showers are always dirty and at 8 o'clock in the morning I don't think anyone cleans them during the night, the men's hair dryer doesn't work, it only blows cold air and it's very noisy
