I am really impressed with the facilities at the Monks hill sorts centre.Gym is always quiet and plenty of clean equipments, that you don’t have to wait. Ample car parking.

Customer support is terrible. No response to emails, phone calls etc. Monkshill Selsdon reception seat is always empty and there is no one to check in for fitness class.

Our customer service team are available via phone, but there is a slight delay in responding to tickets due to the high volume we have.
Please ensure you're scanning your Membership barcode at the entry gates to attend your booking.
We're more than happy to review the penalty fee if you've attended your session, provided you haven't already paid the fee.

Perfect for me
Have only been a member for a week but has been great so far.
The staff are always welcoming & helpful.
Have only used the gym so far but it is a well equipped, small gym. All I need is there.
