Staff are very friendly and helpful, the gym has everything you need with a good amount of space and facilities. It's kept nice and clean too. Would definitely recommend, excellent value for money to get fit!

Excessively loud music
Excessively loud music. Not a serious gym.
Dangerous as can't concentrate on the task at hand.
Supposed to make me healthy but does the exact opposite.
Also, very anti-social place as way too loud to talk to anybody.
I've been several times and nothing changes despite giving feedback.
Should have gone elsewhere.

I recently joined and idea of starting the gym was very daunting. I booked a group cycle fitness class and so glad I did it was amazing experience and can’t wait to come back for another. My Instructor Carla was amazing helping me feel comfortable on my first day. A big thankyou to Carla.

I've been training with Levi since September and it just gets better. I feel fit and motivated. Her classes are just fun!
The staff is very nice, friendly and the vibes are always positive! 😊

Excellent instructors,fully equipped gym,nice people
It's been 3 years I've joined the gym and I wouldn't change it. Fitness classes are perfect and quite challenging,instructors are professional and listen to everyone's needs,polite and passionate with their job.The gym building is a bit old but has all the necessary equipment for every kind of training.I usually workout at Lillie road centre,but I also go to Hammersmith'centre sometimes.I have seen myself changing and my health getting better with their advices and help,I made new friends.I would surely recommend it.Thank you all so much

As a long time member and competitive athlete
I have been a member for many years now and as a competitive athlete it has been a great facility for me to support my S&C. The atmosphere is so friendly and the all the staff members are so friendly, helpful, and always there to help if needed. I would like to make a special mention and thank Richard for making the application process each time so smooth and easy as well as being extremely kind and helpful with anything that I need. He manages the centre extremely well and it makes the experience one of high quality, I can’t thank him enough !!

I have been a consistent member for decades and still remain happy here. The friendly atmosphere and staff customer service has been excellent. Staff can move on up the ladder and facilities get upgraded. Members come and go too. But some staff members leave their mark and stay continuing to progress. I would like to commend Carla for her passion to move forward career wise, professionalism and for being an inspiring person. I hope she will be here for many years to come!

Birthday Party
We recently celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday at Better Gym (Lillie Road) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredible—Carla, Chanel, and Omar went above and beyond to make the day so special. They were extremely helpful, kind, and made sure everything was arranged beautifully, from setting up the bouncy castle to sorting out the sound system. Our little one (and all the guests!) had such a wonderful time. We’re so grateful to the team for making his birthday celebration so memorable.
