The concept of Better is great. The staff at Horley are all fantastic and so welcoming including the cleaner - there is always such a nice atmosphere there.
It offers great value and the opportunity to do such a variety of sports, activities and classes.
I have nothing negative to say - it is like a second home!

Horley leisure centre
Horley leisure centre, has a great range of classes, for all age groups,, and activities, all very well organised. Has a friendly atmosphere, building clean and great parking facilties, great for local and surrounding communities.

I have recently joined the healthwise…
I have recently joined the healthwise programme via a GP referral. The scheme is a brilliant idea enabling me to exercise under the guidance of a very knowledgeable staff member. The centre is clean, the gym very well equiped and the staff are welcoming. The water in the pool is way too cold though!

Very happy swimmer
My first time experience was very good. I enjoyed my lesson. My nan received an email to say that I am being put into the next group. The facilities were very clean and staff very helpful.

Better Service at Better Health
I found the staff to be helpful and willing to provide clear information, which played a significant role in my decision to join the gym.
The more experienced staff members were particularly knowledgeable about the gym and its services, though the younger team members were also helpful overall.
The pool and showers are consistently maintained at a comfortable temperature, and the recent installation of new gym equipment makes the membership excellent value for money.

I wanted to cancel my membership and I spoke to customer services, I explained my situation and why I felt that I needed to cancel and come back later, and the member of staff I spoke to whose name Adolf suggested freezing my membership instead cancelling which was what I did so Thank you Adolf for suggesting that.
