I would have given it 6 stars if the person I dealt with, Rupal, was in charge of this company. The service she provided is beyond words! There are some people who are great at their job, fewer are those who also show excellent communication and service and there is Rupal, one among many who provides every fibre of her DNA to support and give you the best service. The company's shortfall is to not have her as the administrator or in a position of influence to make a real change. While no one else contacted them after she did her work, she maintained constant communication and excellent help, cannot speak enough about how amazing she is.

Good amount of pitches BUT.......
Good amount of pitches unfortunately they facilities are too far away from the main centre. My daughter got injured today, I had a ten minute walk to the centre just to get help, no quick way of actually contacting the centre to get help. The staff were so helpful went above and beyond, so a Big Thank You to them!!! But the centre needs to look at putting things in place in case of an emergency, it's ridiculous that they don't have a first aider or anything of that nature in case of an emergency. Again, I want to thank all the staff that went out of their way to help us.
