Great facilities but they operate a second rate booking system - every time the next weeks classes get released its a massive scramble and their system simply hangs. Its simply amateur

All staff on reception are friendly and helpful,there is always plenty going on, well attended classes. Gym never seems to be at full capacity which makes it easier for a new member to get round the equipment without anxiety

Great experience built by the trainers
The key to a great experience is the staff creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, and the team of trainers at BGS do just that. They are professional and knowledgeable and yet really approachable at any level.
You just want to keep coming back for more!!
And the building is clean and light, good mix of classes, new things to try like pickel ball and a well-equipped gym, with the added bonus of a squash court.

The best instructors
The best instructors , who make it a friendly positive experience. Everyone is welcome and they truly support all abilities. Lots of classes to choose from and the gym is good.

Good local Gym and swim
Enjoy sessions at BGS, gym is small but cosy and more importantly clean! Haven't tried the classes yet but friends recommend. Staff are friendly as well. Can't ask for more to be honest.

Joining Better online was easy and…
Joining Better online was easy and straightforward with the different membership packages clearly outlined. I downloaded the Better app which has enabled me to book classes with ease. The gym has provided a friendly and welcoming environment and the classes I have attended have been enjoyable with professional instructors who offer a range of alternatives in their instruction to enable everyone to work to their level.

Staff are very helpful
Staff are very helpful. Be Better if the vending machines had healthy food and drinks in them and exercise related food and drinks. No biometric scales at the gym either which is disappointing.
