I really love this Gym
I really love this Gym. It's spacious, it has all the equipments/machines for Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, athletic training, Hirox free classes, Yoga, Pilates, Spin etc
Great playlist that actually goes well with training, it is always clean, and organised.
Great staff (Personal trainers/Gym instructors) and manager, they are friendly helpful and encouraging.
My boys also use the gym and they love it.
Overall a 5☆ Gym

Great gym
Better Gym Belfast is a really good gym with a great range of equipment for a excellent workout. It's clean tidy and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Equipment but......
The services and equipment are great, however, there is no fixed wifi in the gym and also no phone signal, meaning access to online training accounts which I use doesn't work so well. You can connect to 'The Cloud' but the connection is unreliable and very slow and frequently disconnects so it is not very useful. The gym would be much better if it installed its own WIFI

Comprehensive Facility, Great Service
One of the most comprehensive inventories of equipment in Belfast with personable and engaging staff members and Fitness Instructors.
As a social enterprise I know my membership fees are going towards supporting and developing the Belfast's communities.

Customer service experience
Had an issue with payments being taken after I cancelled my membership. Issue still to be resolved but Abbey Robinson was very polite, patient and clear in assisting me. I don't usually do reviews after customer service calls but this experience warranted a positive review.
