Rachel was great at helping me get set up. I just wish there was a bit more flexibility with the program so that you don't have to do all six weeks in one go.

Enjoyed experiences
My experience at Better leisure in Greenwich, has been good the trainers are all brilliant if your first time they explain the moves and also ask if anyone has any injury and show you the easier version. My only complaint is the cleanliness in some areas like the gym floors and showers with broken shower heads and cubicles.
