I like the staff but communications are bad . The same machines have been broken for over three weeks no update has been given just a sign saying out of order

Great place to keep fit
Had a good swim in the pool this morning, showered (though have to note facility could do with a bit of sprucing up) followed by a great yoga class in the studio! And all these within walking distance from my home! Keep it up!

As a brand new member of the gym
As a brand new member of the gym, on my first visit the barrier was not working to scan my bar code and more importantly there was no instructor to guide me through the equipment. I felt a bit abandoned.

Speedy response to request to change day of swimming lessons
I needed to change the day my child goes for swimming lessons and filled in an online request form to make the change. Within a few hours of making the request, I received an email that the change had been actioned. Really impressed with the customer service!

Very dirty water and they trying to clean the water by adding more chlorine liquids ,my son had alergy with this chemical his body all over spots like red spots on his body .
I will make a complain about this with my son m3dical report for compensation against your company

Please be assured that the safety and comfort of our customers is our top priority. Our pools are maintained in line with industry standards, and chemicals are used strictly within recommended guidelines to ensure water hygiene. However, we take any reports of allergic reactions seriously.
We will investigate further and take appropriate action. In the meantime, we’ll review the maintenance records for the date of your visit to ensure everything was compliant.

Generally good
I used to use Finchley Lido leisure centre. Gym more than pools.
I'm disabled and they were helpful although I did take my own carer who could help me more. As a disabled man I did get a preferential rate..
My condition has got worse which makes it even more difficult to go there even with a carer so now exercise at home with carer.
The staff were very helpful with using a chair "lift" to help me get in and out of the pool.
The only criticism I have is the chair on the stair lift stopped flipping up and this made it difficult to get on and stand in a comfortable place. My carer had to bend awkwardly to hold it up whilst I got on and off.
It was extremely difficult to cancel my membership as the app never sent me an e-mail to reset my password despite it working in the past.Date is of that been going to gym for several years.
