Disappointed
I went to register. I didn't get too much attention/information. The guy who needed to help me. He was too busy to talk with his friends.They don't give me information. I am very disappointed. They just put me £40 monthly payment and after my friend told me I don't need that, because I can book and pay. I can go to swimming once a week so totally not worth it to pay that so much money.

I am very sorry to hear that the staff member who assisted you with your membership did not advise you of the different membership options we offer. I have checked your membership on our system and I can see that you have purchased a prepaid monthly membership. However, if this is not what you require you can request to cancel this under the 14 day cooling off period and receive a refund. If you wish to do this please email our Customer Service Team and they will assist you with the cancellation and clarify how you can purchase the Pay & Play membership so you can book on an ad-hock basis.

I am 65 and recently retired
I am 65 and recently retired. I started at two Better locations (Britannia and Clissold) because I was taking part in a TDR diet due to danger of becoming diabetic. I also have problems with my knees and was recommended to work with Better. This was about a year ago and have developed a habit of swimming at least one of week. I now have problems walking and find the swimming great exercise. Not a great swimmer but the slow lane is very useful.
