Betsamigo hat meine Auszahlung unter dem Deckmantel das ich betrogen habe storniert. Ich frage mich natürlich, wie ich aus einer kleinen Stadt in Deutschland ein Spiel in China manipulieren kann...
Um es kurz zu machen, einzahlen ist ok. Auszahlen wird wahrscheinlich nicht funktioneren. Man reagiert im Chat als auch per Mail einfach nur dreist.

They are in the top highest rated casino's on Askgamblers but it took them 7 days to verify my account and send me my money. They have max bonus conversions in 2025, which is a very terrible business decision. In January I received an e-mail from Betsamigo that stated that my balance had been removed and my account had been closed indefinitely due to the breach of terms & conditions. A few days before receiving this e-mail, I had made a withdrawal request for Betsamigo. The e-mail didn’t specify which terms & conditions I had breached. I have tried several times to obtain more information from Betsamigo by e-mail. Unfortunately, Betsamigo hasn’t been willing to provide me with any further information. So far Betsamigo hasn’t provided me with any evidence that I have breached some terms and conditions. For some reason, Betsamigo hasn’t even been willing to tell me which terms & conditions I have (in their opinion) breached.

Trotz Rabattcode (5 Vapes für 5 Euro plus Versandkosten) ein absoluter Fehlkauf. Zunächst muss ich auf den Versand eingehen. Angeblich werden die Vapes, wenn sie vor 14 Uhr eines Tages bestellt werden, noch am selben Tag versendet. Hier habe ich über eine Woche warten müssen. Dann wurden die Vapes nicht an mich geliefert, sondern an ein 25 Minuten entferntes Kiosk geliefert. Die Anschrift des Kiosks war auch auf dem Paket vermerkt. Zuerst hatte ich nämlich den Fehler bei DHL gesucht, dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich vermute auch den Grund dafür zu kennen: Geld einsparen. Wenn ein Unternehmen an eine zugelassene DHL-Stelle versendet, dann spart das Unternehmen 1 Euro pro Lieferung. Da kommt ganz schön viel zusammen bei mehreren tausend Lieferungen.

Nun zu den Vapes. Die Packungen waren teilweise beschädigt. Der Sachmangel liegt jedoch darin, dass die Mehrzahl der Vapes (3 von 5) verbrannt schmecken und die anderen (2 von 5) subjektiv einfach nicht gut schmecken.

Zusammenfassend ist festzustellen, dass ich diese Marke nie wieder kaufen werden. Hätten sie mit Versand nicht nur rund 10 Euro gekostet, dann wäre ich auch gegen das Unternehmen vorgegangen. Hier lohnt es sich jedoch nicht, was wiederum dem Unternehmen zugutekommt. Daher werden sie m. E. auch so günstig angeboten.
