I still could not withdraw however so on contacting support I found out you had to get up to 100 euros. Fortunately I won my 4 euro Acca and reached 100 euros. Verification then failed so more ID was required,then more,and then additional ID. This lasted done time! Much to my surprise the money went through but my 50 euro deposit cost 47 pounds and the 100 euro withdrawal was £83. To be honest it probably wasn’t worth the £36 profit and think the 100 euro minimum withdrawal is designed to trip the punter up so wouldn’t recommend this site

I withdrew £2000 5 days ago and received an email today saying the transaction has failed due to my bank rejecting it. I called my bank and they don't have any record of the payment and betmac refuse to give me any reference number.

The BIC and IBAN and name on my account was correct so I don't know why it would of failed.

I have now been told I have to wait another 2 - 5 days.

After several generic emails I have now been informed it was a technical error on my banks side. I have no choice but to accept this and hope the payment goes through this time.
