Very impressed (Cumbrian Quartz LVT)
Very impressed (Cumbrian Quartz LVT). First time fitting LVT flooring after a failed tile DIY attempt in our bathroom. Purchased some vinyl on a roll
Purchased some vinyl on a roll, was delivered quickly and fitted 3 days later by a professional floor fitter. The product had been stored to aclimatise correctly. The vinyl has many wrinkles stretching the whole width of the vinyl in 5 places in 5 metres . Company have tried passing this off and offered 50% refund which is not acceptable . It looks horrible and it cost me £100 to get it fitted ! They now are ignoring the legal liablity nd trying to pass the buck back to the manufacturer which apparantley take 3 weeks to respond ! I have informed them that my
contract is with them the retailer, not the manufacturer. This means the retailer is responsible for providing a remedy, even if the fault originates from the manufacturer . I will no pursue through the small claims court .

The creases appear to be consistent with incorrect handling, and this has been raised with the courier who delivered your order.
As you explained in your complaint, the creases were noticed prior to installation, but as this was installed regardless, unfortunately it is not applicable for a refund.
Should this have been reported prior to installation, we would have been more than happy to offer a full replacement/refund.

Delivery was excellent. Pattern is lovely and really pleased with how it looks. Only issue is how delicate the vinyl is. This is identified as suitable for kitchens but concerned it won't be durable enough for a high activity area.

Beautiful flooring
Beautiful flooring, amazing quality and delivered within a week. Only thing I wasnt too keen on was the delivery price, could have done with it being a bit cheaper than almost £20 for standard delivery as it was only a small cut for a small bathroom.

The sample took over a week to arrive
The sample took over a week to arrive. The vinyl flooring was ok for the price but in the meantime I have seen another make which was much thicker, warmer and more comfortable underfoot for my bathroom.
If I only wanted to cover a toilet floor your flooring would have been acceptable.

We're sorry to hear that the sample took longer than expected to arrive. Our samples are sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service; however, we do ask customers to allow up to a week for delivery in case of any Royal Mail delays.

Ordered some vynol flooring
Ordered some vynol flooring my measurements was right but it came to short off my measurements 40mm short. I send 20+photos in to them but still no good ,they would not except that it came short so I was left with vynol being bodged. So now looking for new flooring from someone I can trust B+Q. It also said pet friendly which it wasn't at all with scuffs all over it . Never Never again £140. 00 down and no joy or help from this company. Do not use them unless you have got money to lose.

Good Afternoon Paul
As per our email correspondence, when placing an order on the website, the information automatically uploads to the warehouse system for the flooring to be cut. Therefore, if we receive a report that the flooring is short, we require a photograph showing the flooring with a tape measure running from one end to the other, displaying a clear measurement.
The complaint raised was that the length of the flooring was too short; however, every photograph we received showed the width. We can confirm this due to the direction in which the panels are running in the photographs. As the length is the measurement being disputed, we require a photograph clearly showing the length measurement, which has not been provided..
Despite this, in an effort to resolve the matter, we offered to send an additional piece of flooring to cover the area you advised could not be fitted. However, confirmation of the required size was not provided, meaning we are unable to arrange the replacement piece.
A further email has been sent advising further ways we can assist and we await your reply

Bought the Spectrum Ingleton Sheet Vinyl Flooring for my bathroom and couldn't be happier. I like that all of their vinyl is low V.O.C . The quality was great and so was the price. Would definitely use them again.

Following an investigation into your complaint, the tearing was found not to be the result of poor quality or a manufacturing defect.
The damage is consistent with installation over an unsuitable subfloor, which can cause movement and insufficient support beneath the vinyl. Sheet vinyl requires a smooth, stable, and properly prepared base in order to perform as intended.
We appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we understand your frustration regarding the issue. However, following review, the complaint has been rejected as the flooring should not be installed directly over LVT. As this is not considered a suitable subfloor for this product, the issue falls outside of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Really good service!
Ordered flooring and it came 2 days later. It was about 40% less than the local flooring shop down the road and I fitted it myself. Bathroom looks great and the flooring is really good quality. Love it! Better than the bog standard plain flooring love the mosaic style.

Very poor quality flooring and dismissive customer service
Very disappointed with both the quality of the vinyl flooring and the way my complaint was handled.
The flooring marks, dents and creases incredibly easily under normal household furniture. I understand different materials have different characteristics, but as a customer I should not need specialist knowledge about foam-backed vinyl to avoid buying a product that performs this poorly in a normal home environment.
All I know as a customer is the difference between good quality flooring and poor quality flooring, and unfortunately this feels like poor quality flooring. Furniture leaving visible indentations and creases so easily is not what I would expect from a product sold for everyday domestic use.
What made the experience worse was the response from customer service. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, I received a long explanation basically saying this is “normal” and therefore not their problem. The complaint was dismissed entirely with no real attempt to resolve the issue.
I regret buying this flooring and would advise others to be cautious before purchasing, especially if you expect a durable surface suitable for normal household furniture.

As advised previously, the flooring purchased is a foam-backed sheet vinyl. This type of flooring is specifically designed to provide a softer and more cushioned feel underfoot. Due to its softer construction, it can be more susceptible to indentation or marking from furniture when compared to more rigid vinyl flooring products.
To help minimise marking and potential damage, we recommend using protective felt pads or furniture cups under all furniture legs, particularly heavier items. Furniture should also not be dragged across the surface, and weight should be distributed as evenly as possible to reduce pressure points.
