I can't get out so placed my order over the phone, Leah and Richard at Yeovil were so helpful. I explained what I needed and they matched me with a great divan, mattress and lovely headboard all coordinated.

From shop to delivery
From shop to delivery, communication was very good. Staff polite and efficient. Bed delivered in good time and has made a marked difference for a good nights sleep.
Would buy again but am hopeful to get years of comfortable sleep with this buy before having to look again.

Customer service a disgrace
Shop staff brilliant, delivery drivers brilliant, non stop texting annoying and to many several a day at times. Customer service 0/10 total waste of time I wanted to speak to someone and you can’t and sent pre written replies trying to get rid of you it seems, total waste of time

You delivered a damaged bed base. Notified us that replacement would not be delivered for ONE MONTH. Totally unacceptable.

We ordered a bed from Bensons for Beds
We ordered a bed from Bensons for Beds, a delivery date was arranged. All was great until the delivery team arrived. They began to unpack their lorry to find they had been sent the wrong boxes. We were due boxes A, B & C. Sadley we were sent boxes B, C&C!
After many phone calls we are now not getting our bed until January!
We disposed of our old bed & now have only a mattress. The store were very helpful but the customer care totally unhelpful! No resolution No compromise just no bed! If this is how they conduct their business, I would certainly avoid the company again
