Bensons For Beds - Worksop531 Recensioni

We were happy with our experience the sales man was very helpful and professional and made it easy to make our choice he was pleasant and engaging with us 😀 thank-you

We visited our local Bensons store and found the staff very helpful. We chose a bed and placed an order. From placing the order right up to the delivery point a few weeks later we were continually updated as to the progress and the delivery date. Nearer the time of delivery we were informed as to who would be delivering the bed. The gentleman rang an hour before arrival and then the two men took the bed to the required room for us. The service from start to finish was very good indeed.

Kallum was great nothing was a problem for him

Assistant approached us on entering the shop and asked if we needed assistance. We told him what we were considering purchasing. He was extremely helpful and showed and explained suitable products. We did not feel pressured and were made to feel very comfortable in trying the products and making our selection.

I had been into the he store in the week to check out the different bed a young lady chatted with me and was extremely helpful and gave me lots of information I told her I would be back at the weekend with my husband, which I did but unfortunately was told she had left the company which was a shame as i feel she was a great asset to the company. I did however have another young lady serving me and with the knowledge gained and get input was happy to purchase a bed.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient. Friendly and explained everything in detail and wasn't pushy

Friendly staff. No pressure .

Good customer service friendly face and good customer welcome Wen entering the store

Great choice of beds and mattresses. The staff were helpful but not pushy. They explained the lay out of the shop and the different matresses they had then they let me wander round at my own pace, trying out mattresses without hovering over me. When I'd made my decision the buying process was quick and easy.

Quick and polite service and very helpful staff member

Excellent service, the gentleman that served us was very friendly and knowledgeable making our decision / purchase simple and straightforward.

Many thanks.

Service in the shop was excellent. However, had to cancel the order because needed a bed sooner. Emailed 3 times but no response. Went in the chat function, was told nobody was available to cancel but someone would phone me… still waiting.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent service from the Worksop Store and quality products. Demi and Clare answered all our queries and gave really helpful and professional in-store advice. They were courteous and friendly throughout and took time to understand our needs and ensure the right products were ordered. They amended our order to change a mattress type swiftly on request. Delivery was a breeze. Fantastic communication throughout and very helpful delivery men, Wayne and Lewis. Absolutely spot on. Recommend 100%. Delighted!

Went to the Worksop store. Staff were absolutely fabulous. Friendly, welcoming, informative and helpful without pressurising or hassling us.

Excellent customer service throughout and the team clearly enjoyed working with each other given the banter. The store clerk gave plenty of advice and alternatives before I settled on the bed I wanted.

Eddy and Archie delivered my sofa bed they was both so friendly and helpful they made the delivery stress free, I would highly recommend Worksop branch as the staff couldn’t help me enough so friendly and wasn’t pressured to buy. It’s a 5 star from
