Attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
This was our second time back to Benson beds for a mattress.

Easy purchase of what we wanted!
Easy purchase of a new mattress and bed frame for my daughter. The sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and we left with exactly what we wanted. Great customer service

Great experience with Ryan, Workington branch
I had a great couple of hours with Ryan in the Workington store. He was very knowageable and helpful and very patient when it came to me deciding between the final two!
There was no pressure to buy and no rushing to choose the final bed. He persuaded me to go for the ottoman bed which was the best option for my requirements even though I didn't realise it at the time!

Great Customer Service
We were looked after by Andrew on our visit to the shop last weekend. Andrew was extremely helpful, provided great advice on what combination of base and mattress would work best for us, did not push us to the most expensive options and made sure we understood everything. Would definitely recommend this store.

Purchase of a mattress
Right from entering the store the sales person was proactive. He answered every question I put to him with confidence. He looked up my purchase history to establish what mattress I already had as I could not remember. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Could not fault the experience
