We had good service from Bensons instore staff from choosing a new bed and matteress. Delivery was on the day and time promised, emailed few days before delivery we had a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. Two polite young men, took their shoes off before entering the house. They assembled the bed which was agreed instore, they kindly carried our old matteress downstairs put it in the garage for us (in dispute with another company so needed to keep it) very professional and helpful. Would have to have preferred to have it delivered sooner.

From our visit to the showroom through to the delivery and assembly of our new bed, we cannot criticise the quality of customer service. We were also kept up to date with the manufacture and dispatch of the bed. Buying online is all well and good but you can't beat trying the bed and mattress out in the showroom and getting to know the delivery guys. A very efficient service all round. We could have bought the bed outright but with the 0% finance option why not go for it.

Told them what we were looking for, was shown the bed type that was required then left to look at the beds was told if we needed any information she was not far away, not pushing us not putting any pressure on us it was a all together a nice shopping experience

Very good customer service and choice of products
Cherie listened to what we wanted, and then gave us ample time to be shown around the showroom, trying various mattresses, until we found one suitable. She explained about the returns policy, should the mattress not be suitable once we had tried it out on our own bed. All the staff at the Worcester Blackpole branch in Worcester appeared to have a happy, relaxed and informative approach to the customers who were in the shop at the same time as us. There definitely was an uplifting but relaxed attitude, which was great when you're making such a big (and expensive!) purchase.

In store and online experience
We first went into the shop in Worcester and the sales man was so kind and was eager to help us find the best mattress for our needs and price point.
We then went away to decide and bought online.
When it was delivered, the delivery man was very efficient and friendly and was great!
