Emily in the Weston-super-Mare shop was extremely friendly and helpful, knew what she was talking about and was sympathetic to our needs

Extremely knowledgeable, and friendly sales staff in the Weston super Mare branch. Delivery was delayed on the day due to traffic problems but once arrived they were efficient and polite

My wife and I went to purchase a new mattress and were recommended to come in here. When we arrive we were greeted by a gentleman called Ricky. What a lovely person! We explained that we had never had a new mattress before and didn’t even know what we wanted and he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know. We tried our various mattresses and he was brilliant. He kept checking in with us and when we were choosing between 2 he explained the different mattresses and different qualities for each one.
Purchasing a mattress was straight forward, again Ricky was awesome!

We were greeted on arrival and directed to the type of mattress we were looking for. We were allowed to test various mattresses without being hassled but were checked in on a couple of times to see if we wanted to know anything. We were very happy with the service. The only comment I would make was that we weren't told that delivery would be three weeks until our order was placed. Fortunately that isn't a problem for us but might be for others.

I recently purchased a TV bed from the Weston-super-Mare branch and from start to finish I Was impressed. From the member of staff that we delt with very friendly and not at all pushey to the quality of the bed plus the mattresses extremely impressed

Helpful staff (on multiple visits and different staff members). Listened to what we were looking for and the requirements we wanted to meet. Made appropriate suggestions and offered choices. Staff were not pushy (pet showroom hate!). We are having to wait 3 months before our bed delivery which may be seen as a negative by some however not important to us as we are in no hurry

Very knowledgeable member of staff, he read our needs and offered us something to suit those needs, so we purchased a bed and mattress.

Ricky the sales person was very informative about the bed I decided on. Helpful and pleasant. Pointing out all the features, made me feel confident I had made the right choice.

When shopping for a large item on a tight budget, it can be a bit daunting.

However, Ricky at the Weston super Mare branch was considerate of our financial limitations and found us a fantastic mattress at a great deal.

The in store experience is fantastic, but try to contact customer service when you have a problem is very poor. Waited 25 minutes for service department to answer gave up.Used chat bot but got to the end asked for photos and then said to get back or take photos and e mail. E mail then had a reply saying very busy would get back in 5/7 days. Still no reply

The time given to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the various products was very good.
The only disappointment was that the quotes sent were the original ones, not the negotiated ones we expected.

Staff let us have a browse at our leisure no pressure to purchase anything. Helpful and friendly ordering bed was easy just waiting for arrival

The sales assistant was very helpful and informative. Which made it easier to choose the right sort of mattress. Waiting now for the delivery of our Super King mattress.

Very informative and personable and then left us with privacy to decide on what we wanted.
