Really helpful and friendly showroom staff. Likewise for delivery staff. Great experience.

We had an early morning delivery of a two ottoman beds in a few large boxes from John (driver) and Dan (drivers assistant).
Could not recommend them enough, very professional guys, respected the house (new build) and stayed to talk through what was what.

A delivery lorry for Bensons For Beds was witnessed damaging our property whilst making a delivery elsewhere. Despite providing evidence requested when I complained, they denied all responsibility. Bensons For Beds appear to consider it to be perfectly acceptable for their delivery drivers to damage other people’s property. Their customer care is zero. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

The salesman was very helpful,polite went through all the different information with us then gave us plenty of time to try the products on our own . It was a pleasant experience throughout wish there was more like home in stores.

As soon as we went in the store at Weston S mare the salesman was very helpful. No hassle with paperwork, delivery date agreed. Our mattress arrived and the two delivery chaps were cheerful and polite. Good experience all around.

Disappointed with the service provided following delivery.

We were given good service in store, the usual sales pitches to make you buy, we bought 2 mattresses spending over £2.2k. We bought the best Tempur mattress and Pillows and after enquiring about a mattress protector we paid for the Tempur protector too. After the cost of the mattress of course we wanted a protector too.

On delivery, we got the mattresses and the protector but after taking the protector out the box it immediately felt like a children's urine blanket, crinkly and plastic. We have since made several attempts to speak with the store and customer services to be told there are no returns. Customer service say its managers discretion, manager basically says nothing he can do and the item discontinued....of course it is! Makes you wonder why it was sold to us in the first place. At no point was we told it couldn't be returned, despite us being in store to order, we were told it would be delivered with the mattress so there was no opportunity to check the item before delivery. We feel fobbed off, you have our money and that's that. Poor aftercare for sure.

The efficiency of all the staff ,from the sales personell to the delivery drivers ,all of which were outstanding

The approach of the member of staff who attended me was not rushed or uninterested. His questions and knowledge on suitable mattress for me was very useful helping me to make a good choice in buying what I was looking for. Good sense of humour too. This man clearly knew what customer service was all about. Really impressive.

We were approached as to whether we needed any help which we did by Debbie, She was very knowledgeable about our questions so was able to answer them for us. She was also very friendly.
And we bought an Ottoman bed which was what we were after!
Delivery etc was explained . All good! Thank you Debbie.

I called my local store as I wanted to reschedule the delivery that wasn’t available online. I spoke to Owen who was not only extremely professional but also had a great sales manner. He placed my order efficiently and even managed to save me some money. Well done Bensons and 5 stars to Owen. Just hope the delivery and build of the bed is as professional and efficient!
