I was looking online and couldn't find the headboard for the bed as depicted. I suddenly decided to use live chat but didn't think this would be helpful as I thought it would be an automatic avatar. I was pleasantly surprised to find live video camera if a real person in the store who could visually show me the headboards, and helped me with my purchase! I would like to thank Darleen in a Yorkshire store who was incredibly helpful and completed my purchase smoothly, with a delivery date there and then.

Sophie was very knowledgeable about her products.
She firstly found which mattress we bought 6 years ago,then guided us through the different types finally settling on our purchase.
She beat the dreams salesman hands down.

On arrival of our bedroom furniture we found that one of the items was wrong. We phoned Bensons Wakefield branch where we placed our order and spoke to Jane. She went out of her way to sort out the issue and phoned us with updates as well. Thank you Jane.

I managed to get the bed of my dreams with help from a staff member called sonya. She has a great knowledge of the products and a friendly approach without being a pushy sales person. 100% recommend.

Jordan was really welcoming and attentive to everything that I needed and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. He was friendly and chatty which was nice because it allowed for conversation and no awkwardness, I would definitely recommend and return based off this interaction.

Great Friendly Salesman, listened to what was needed and recommended what he thought would be the best option which was a really comfortable mattress but did offer alternatives too.

The lady that served us was knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses she was helpful and respectful

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We visited a week ago initially to have a look found. Returned the following week to purchase and the sales assistant we initially spoke to on our 1st visit recognised us and remembered our names. She was really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and not pushy to make a sale at all.

On arriving at the shop was greeted with a very nice young man called Jordan very polite (not pushy) directed me to the item I wanted to look at as he was new to the job a lady called jane was on hand to help and guide the young man which was helpful and helped me in making a decision I am satisfied at the moment.

We came Wakefield Benson store and Jane the sales lady was prompt attentive and knowledgeable on quality and all aspects of the beds, we went to another store while we were thinking about buying the bed. But it was no brainier to comeback to the trustworthy Jane that went above and beyond for us.
