I loved sales representative who took my order she was absolutely brilliant but what I didn't like was the fact that Benson's beds are charging me £50 delivery from their store which is 3 minutes away from my home, I am not a miserable person but £50 is way to much I would pay £20 but I've learned my lesson I will just be picking my goods up if and when I buy from Benson's beds again.

I was very happy with my purchase. Maureen was very helpful and went out of her way to for me. I have Parkinson disease and was grateful for her kindness. She knew what I needed and went about it in a professional manner. Not very good with this message and hope you get this.

A dont even think one star.would have been better sleeping ruff on the streets than £1000 mattress my back is breaking.Avoid this company at all costs the costumer service was shocking,8year warranty doesn't cover anyhthing waste of money and time go to Dreams instead.

One of the worst experiences I have had for one of my most important expensive purchases ever made.
Ordered a bed on approx 4 week delivery. On arrival the bed was damaged and the screws were threaded therefore could not use any tools to remove. Called, emailed and whatsapp’d, was told 2 working days for replacement parts, then called again was told 2 weeks. After 2 weeks then got told 4 weeks. After 4 weeks got told up to 6-8 weeks. Each person each point of contact told me a different timeframe. I was told a date for the parts finally, but again this was not true and is now passed this date provided again.
Requested callback from ‘escalation team’, no callback. Requested compensation for not having a bed to use and paying thousands for the order, nothing. Was told managers at customer care are not available and could not help either.
As a first time purchase, I am left helpless and feel sickened by the lack of care. I was told at the start of the issues that my parts order was placed as ‘matter of urgency’ twice, yet nothing has been done.
I will seek citizens advice and further legal help to hopefully receive my goods, or ensure my consumer rights are not violated and seek my money back or compensation for this awful awful experience.

I went to Bensons for Beds in Uddingston for a new bed, headboard and mattress and was served by Linda. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was so helpful and patient while I made up my mind (which changed a few times). All the staff in store were so friendly and welcoming, but in particular, Heather, Linda and Sandra went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them when you need a new bed or mattress.

Awful experience - We were upsold a mattress of £900, pillows and mattress protector which in total everything was around £1200 which is a lot of money but we thought the mattress would last. The pillows we don’t even have had to get rid and buy new ones. The mattress now after only 2 short years has extremely dipped where each person lies so it’s flat then dipped then flat then dipped which is extremely uncomfortable and waking up in agony. Went back to shop sales lady who sold us on said this should not be the case and we showed pics.
Don’t worry you have an 8 years guarantee (instant relief) as it’s a hell of a lot of money. Turns out the dips are acceptable and nothing they can do it’s not covered under the guarantee after 6 weeks of waiting. Customer service is the worst I have personally experience. Now after 2 short years when our other cheaper mattress bought from other companies are fine we not need to go out and buy another Mattress after 2 years. Feel like I would have been better putting the £1200 done a drain. It’s a lot of money to lose and have to fork out now again for another one bit it’s definitely won’t be at Bensons!!! Avoid at all costs unless you have money to buy expensive products every 2 years or get in debt to have to replace faulty products. Wasted weeks of my time. Only to be told I wasn’t covered the 8 years guarantee and I should have been given a copy of what is covered and explained what is actually covered by the person who sold us it. Advised I was not given any details of what is covered of any documentation either. But also when I read online what is actually covered I could not find anything in writing online available to customers to advised that the bed can have a natural settlement and dipping allowance and any indication of what the dipping allowance was so when I asked the girl on the call to continuous advise me why are we not covered under the 8 years guarantee guarantee as it’s only been 2 years she kept repeating your just not covered unfortunately, a technician has been out and your bed should still be comfortable even with over a 2 and half cm dip. I said well it’s certainly not comfortable my husband and I am waking up in agony. She said it would have need to be dipped by atleast another half a cm to 1 cm to be covered as faulty. She said she was sorry I felt that way when I continuously proceeded to cry and explain what can I do and was told nothing. Since this review I have now had to go to Dreams and buy a brand new mattress and pillows so on the last 2 years I have send over £2500 on mattress, protectors, mattress toppers and pillows. So hopefully my mattress from Dreams will last and having explained the awful experience we had my husband and I were rest assured this would not be the case with dreams and where given confidence we would be covered with there guarantee 100 nights sleep guarantee, the 1 year manufacture warranty and the additional 8 year warranty we took out and were given all documentation. I have since had to pay for the bensons mattress to be uplift for recycle as it was no use to anyone - the worst expensive purchase I have ever made and everyone via email phone or person in bensons didn’t care or show any empathy it was a repeat of sorry your not covered. WILL NEVER waste my money here again

Everything was excellent from order to delivery.
Delivery team first class - but there should be handles or similar on mattresses to make the transfer from van to bed much easier for the delivery team.- especially on king size mattresses going upstairs

Delivery on 15th May was on time, as previously arranged. Reminder text was received on phone & a phone call from the delivery driver to state precise time band of their arrival on the day. Delivery went smoothly, new mattress placed on bed & old mattress taken away to recycling. Courteously done.
