Chaotic. Avoid at all costs.
Bought and paid outright for an (expensive) new mattress over a month ago. Flashy sales team pencilled me in for a delivery date and assured me the mattress would be delivered on that day (I.e. tomorrow).
This morning, the delivery team called me to confirm delivery.
This afternoon, nameless Bensons for Beds text message to tell me the delivery is off, they don’t have the mattress and can’t deliver for several more weeks. Automatically booked me in for an unsuitable delivery date weeks away.
Customer services useless - full of apologies but no help on what’s actually happened with the order. No goodwill offer to compensate for the inconvenience. At the very least, they could have waived the charge for recycling the old mattress.
Apparently this joke of a company only check the warehouse to see if the item is in stock on the day before the intended delivery.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I was able to buy a new mattress and…
I was able to buy a new mattress and pillows without any problems. I didn’t have to drive to a large store, instead I used my local store in the Sutton high street. I was given very good advice by Anil and can’t wait for my new purchases.

Good customer service; we were able to buy a mattress on the same day as visiting the shop (Saturday) and it was delivered on Monday.

Friendly and welcoming service
Anil was extremely helpful. He gave us space to try the different beds, offered us really great advice to help us choose, and very openly and simply took us through the different offers and finance options. Five star service.
