Staff at festival park
Staff at festival park, Hanley were very helpful, especially Faye who was extremely patient with us.
All along Bensons kept us informed of the delivery, which arrived on time.
The quality of the bed is great. Would recommend Bensons for beds.

Good experience. Good price.
Polite, helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant. Good choice, we were looking for a fold away guest bed and there were several types to choose from. We found exactly what we wanted. Competitive price. Were able to deliver within one week. Delivery went well, bed taken upstairs for us.

Fantastic experience, from beginning to end. We had excellent help and service in the store to choose the right mattress. Incredibly professional service throughout, we were updated on exact time of delivery and the delivery team were great. It’s rare to have such a great retail experience.

Very happy with bed and delivery
Very happy with bed and delivery, communication good.
Only problem was the about 14 week wait between ordering and delivery. We were advised of this, but it did seem excessive.

We built the bed ourselves . Everything was included , no parts were damaged or missing.

Terrible attitude
The thermostatic control was damaged on the radiator . Still not heard anything after a week not good service . Also told by deliver both mattresses were firm when one should be medium. When asked why they said just ring the shop and nothing more!
