Unpleasant smell
Good discounts on offer, good selection of different types of beds.
Delivery was exceptional.
Slumberland bed does have a really unpleasant smell.

My experience in the shop was very friendly and helpful. I didn't expect the staff to go into such detail but it was done in a relaxed way. I didn't expect a new bed to cost so much but I haven't bought a new bed for a very long time. Finally, and this is my only serious criticism, I didn't expect the earliest possible delivery to be 27/2 and the next earliest, which I could manage, 3/3....both over a month away! I will be sleeping on a mattress, on the floor, for all that time!

Good shopping experience!
I found the sales person called Lyn to be very helpful.She took time in showing me alternative mattresses to try when I asked if she could recommend one for someone with back pain.I ended up choosing the first one she had advised.
