Service was excellent, very very helpful, Simon & Autumn were amazing. Let us take our time to make the right choice of bed/mattress/headboard.

Our bed didn’t come with screws for the back of the bed to secure the headboard so we called the store and they told us to pop in and collect some.

Great service & lovely bunch of staff.

From start to finish Simon was excellent in his knowledge and patience as I we tried all the different mattresses.

Autumn the sales lady was very knowledgable in everything she explained to us. Treated us with respect and made us feel no pressure when choosing our item.

Carol was the saleswoman who showed me a huge range of ottoman beds and beautiful headboards. She was unbelievably helpful and extremely knowledgable. I’d explained I had back problems so she suggested an electric ottoman. She demonstrated how it worked, and explained it would all be delivered and assembled for me. She also showed me all different materials and colours to customise my bed, I picked the colour and she showed me a bed on display with that exact colour. The best customer service I’ve ever had at any establishment. So kind and lovely!

What made our experience with Bensons great was Autumn the salesperson who helped us in-store in Stirling. My partner and I went in with little intention of making any decisions especially after being hounded by staff in another store in a different town. We wanted to find a bed and mattress that would work for both of us but have different sleeping styles/preferences. Autumn was amazing from the start, she helped us understand what it was we needed individually and took us around trying different beds that might work as a happy middle ground for us both. We found a few we liked, and then one that we absolutely loved. She also helped us find the right frame, which we had been really stuck on, and headboard, and even the most comfortable pillows that help me stay cool at night. Can't even describe how happy I am that we met Autumn that day because she was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, listening to our different aches and pains and finding the perfect fit to take that away. Can happily say now that thanks to Autumn, we've had our bed about a month now, I've been sleeping the best I've slept in YEARS, not waking up frequently during the night anymore, don't wake up full of aches and pains anymore, and we absolutely LOVE our bed! Thank you Autumn, you are amazing.

Great service from start to finish! The staff weren't pushy when we first wandered in for a browse. They offered initial help and then left us to look around for a bit whilst we worked out what questions we had. Helped us find the right products when we were ready. Delivery and installation were on time, professional and left things tidy. They explained what would happen next in detail. A small mark was dealt with to our full satisfaction, with a range of options offered. Communication throughout was great. I would recommend Bensons for Beds without hesitation. We've bought from them before and would do so again.

From the moment we walked into the Stirling branch autumn helped us out,got us tested for what mattress would suit best on there mattress tester,was really interesting and explained everything really well finding us the perfect mattress which really is the best one we have ever had! She wasn’t trying to push the most expensive one as some of the other bed shops we had previously visited just what she thought would be best for me and my husband and she was spot on! What a breath of fresh air to have this kind of service in a shop wish more were like her! Delivery was good too no issues! Definitely recommend going into store and getting that personal experience u won’t regret it! X

Your staff at the Stirling branch are professional, very friendly and genuine, and the impression was they go out of their way to make sure you are very satisfied with the good and service they provide.

We were served by Autumn, and our experience was fantastic. She took the time to explain all the different mattresses, helping us learn a lot and ultimately find the perfect one for us. She was incredibly patient and never rushed us, making sure we had everything we needed. I gave 4 stars as I visited Stirling store & was served by assistant Carol. I chose my mattress then I was left to browse the range of beds whilst she was on a toilet break, no issue. I decided after some time & consideration I chose my base which I was pleased to hear that it had a remote to open base for storage. I said to assistant that would be useful to me as I was disabled . Her reply was ……it’s only a walking stick. I was so busy making sure I was choosing correctly that it wasn’t till later that I recalled what had been said. Carol is very lucky my sale went ahead as I easily could have went to another store. No one knows what it’s like & those comments are not required!!!!
The delivery & installation of bed was straightforward & on time. Staff were pleasant only think I would say is, don’t address customer by Pal! Use their name, even just their first!

The delivery company kept us well informed ie firstly with 2 hour time slot via text but also a call en route. They were also very polite on phone and helpful at time of delivery.
Staff at Stirling shop also knowledgeable and helpful This is the second bed we ordered from them.
