Bensons had a good choice of beds in various prices, Andre the gentleman who served me was extremely helpful without being pushy and didn’t mind that I took my time in choosing and asking lots of questions.

Dan was great in store and gave me all information based on what I liked, but also gave me the space to have a look around myself. I am very happy with bed I chose and looking forward to it being delivered!

We visited Bensons for the first time and was seen by Tracey who was very helpful and polite. She showed us different options and took her time to explain to us, we felt really welcomed in the shop. We then went ahead and bought a new mattress. Thank you Tracey for all advice given to us. Definitely will be visiting again.

Very friendly customer service. Didn’t feel pushed. Lovely little conversation speaking to Tracey and ordered a great bed just what we needed no pushy sales pitches just nice friendly chat and knowledge and understanding of what we needed. So we are very happy overall ☺️

Stress free experience. The customer advisor who helped us was so nice. She wasn't forceful and let us have enough space and gave us the option of going to her for help. When we picked our mattress the process was very easy and she was very nice. We went into Dream before Benson and they were very pushy and immediately showed us the most expensive mattress and wouldn't let us shop alone. The Benson's store was clean and set out nice, prices clear and we took out the extra protection.

The staff I dealt with Dan G Tracey and Kelly are great ambassadors for the company. Dan was amazing answering my questions and giving me information without being pushy. He left me to look around but was available if I needed more help. I was in the store for ages and everyone was patient. I bought a bed and everyone did their best to accommodate my delivery day. I would recommend this store to anyone and if I ever need another bed this will be my go to place. My delivery drivers Hessy and Gav were great too. Friendly guys put my bed together in no time and talk all packaging away. All in all a great experience from walking in the store to saying thank you to the delivery guys. Oh and yes my new bed is also amazing. I love it. Thank you bensons and staff.
