We were approached in store after walking in, straight away taken to the magic mattress machine that measured how we lie and gave us really good advice. Then we were allowed to test out numerous mattresses at our leisure, zero pressure, great approach to getting us to make our minds up in our own time.
We walked away feeling like we made a well informed decision and were really looked after.

We went into the Southport store and had a great experience. Ian and Jamie were friendly and welcoming, they knew their stuff and listened to what we wanted and showed us the products that would work for us. Thank you for a great experience!

Outstanding service from Ian at the Southport store. Ian approached us and asked if we knew what we were looking for. I did! He took us straight to 3 beds and then told us to lie on them in turn. He then encouraged us to try out other beds but no he was spot with his choices! Ian left us to wander about and discuss on our own. No pressure and no hard sell.

We eventually settled on one of the three he picked out and gave us a delivery date.

Our bed arrived on time, delivered with care, and it is just perfect! Had it now for a couple of weeks and have had the best nights sleep ever since. Definitely worth visiting Bensons for beds.

Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all a pushy sales person. A great range of products to choose from.

Jamie the salesman was absolutely brilliant,he explained the different types of mattresses and bed bases and didn't rush us to make a decision. He made us feel at ease and didn't rush us while we made our choice. I have already told other members of my family and friends how stressless experience it was. Highly recommended. As soon as I stepped into the Southport store Ian was very helpful and informative. He showed me several different mattresses until I found the one that suited me. I would highly recommend Ian and Bensons to all my friends. I’m looking forward to sleeping on it on 25 March.

The staff in store were very helpful and were able to sort out a bed for me in the time limit I requested. I did not feel pressurised and left the store feeling confident about my purchase.
The delivery men arrived on time and took the bed base, mattress and headboard to the bedroom. They were efficient,friendly and gave me clear instructions on bed construction.

This is the first time I have chosen a bed which really suits me. Aimee was amazing. She helped me select the right matress, which was so comfortable, a fabulous thick pillow, a divan with drawers & a headboard. Getting older, I have a few aches and pains around my legs and hips. I've never felt so comfortable lying down. I'm very grateful for the help I received. I highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

I went into the Southport branch of Bensons to purchase a new mattress, I know next to nothing about mattresses apart from the fact that Premier Inn mattresses are very comfortable! Jamie was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me make my choice (from the confusing plethora of mattresses on the market!) without being pushy. It all went very smoothly and was a pleasant experience.
