Christopher was very friendly, helpful and made the process very easy.

What a great bunch of staff, helpful, listened and recommended without being pushy for a sale. Purchased a tempu bed with them.

The lady in the shop was super knowledgable and helpful.

Brilliant advice, great customer care, and a computerized mattress to tell you exactly what sort of mattress you need. I definitely recommend Bensons for Beds!

Website easy to navigate and the staff in store gave good advice without pushy sales

Bought an expensive mattress 3 years ago and unfortunately there was a manufacturer fault on the seams. Phoned Bensons and a repair technician was sent out, who said it could be repaired however wouldn’t come with a guarantee. Spoke with Bensons again who gave us a credit note for a new mattress. Went to Drakehouse and was able to find a similar mattress (as the other one was no longer available) and the manager gave us a deal on a new mattress without having to spend too much more. All arranged in a short time.

the computer bed was excellent service giving us the correct mattress
