Being a previous customer, 8 years ago, they were able to tell me the type of mattress I purchased then. So I was able to order a replacement but with a firmer edge.

All-round brilliant experience. Great, informative customer service at the store with a wide range of beautiful beds to choose from.
Prompt delivery by the friendly delivery team.
We were always kept up to date with information regarding our bed order and also on how to care for our new bed.
Very pleased with our purchase and our bed is so comfortable! We will definitely visit Bensons again!

Very helpful sales staff at Rotherham, I had to delay the delivery by two weeks, one quick phone call and that was sorted without any issues.
Not sure if it's unit 2 or unit 7 at Rotherham but excellent service.
