The lady who assisted us was really helpful. Making sure she established our needs and supported us to make our own decisions.

Knowledgeable salesperson who didn’t try to hard sell us anything. We came back to the store to make a purchase, partly because of the product, but also because of these qualities in the salesperson. Excellent job!

Very pushy, sarcastic sales woman in Rotherham store has unfortunately put us off ordering.
I was asked by Helen as soon as entered the store if she could help me. I said no thank you I'm just looking while I wait for my husband. 'What are you looking for?' I explained I was just looking for a mattress and the response was 'well theres over 100 in here do you want to narrow it down?'.
I walked off. After finding a mattress we liked, unfortunately we were short on time and wanted to have a think about it, I asked if I could order online. Helen said No. I said oh okay I may come back on Monday, she said that she wanted her commision so could she take a deposit now? I said we wanted to think about it, at which point she said well the price will change on Monday, so we just walked out. Not a nice experience, would not recommend- pushy sales people!

The sales team left us to look round after initial greeting. When we made an enquiry about price and we could get further discount the sales girl managed a further reduction on the advertised discounts.
