The Sales Manager was very helpful when purchasing the mattress. We came home very pleased. We look forward to receiving our new mattress at the end of January

I went to choose a mattress and the sales assistant called Mohammed was very knowledgeable and helpful . He advised us on what was best according to our requirements. He was very efficient therefore we purchased a mattress there and then . We will be coming back to him for any future purchases . All in all it was a very positive and pleasant experience. Well done Mohammed and thank you so much for all of your help it was very much appreciated.

I visited the store over the festive period. I was impressed by the customer service provided by Sami. He was Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I’d recommend this store for any bedding needs as the provides a wide range of products.

I get a delivery date and time slot from Bensons - 09.11 to 11.11am
The day before delivery I get confirmation delivery time slot of 17:00 to 19:00pm.
Day of delivery, item is delivered @ 08:30am.
In todays digital world, I do not see how any reasonable organisation could get this so wrong.
Delivery guy said, "Dont open the packaging for a few hours, it prevents the mattress going mouldy".
There is nothing included with delivery that recommends this practice, so good job he remembered to mention it, imagine??

I was impressed by Benson's new technology to decide what level of mattress strength you needed. I also appreciated our sales consultant Rami who was informative and helpful without putting me under pressure to make a decision. He listened carefully to my requirements showed me the options that I could look for, explained the available offers and then left me to make my own decision. The store manager was then helpful in showing me the best way to order so that it suited our timescale.

Good service, Rita was very helpfull, she immediatly understood our requirement and was quick to point out a handfull of recommended mattresses, which made the decision process easy.
Minus 1 star as delivery takes 3 weeks.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Ordered a new mattress for my 87 year old mother, was given a delivery date, so disposed of her old one, only for it not to arrive. When I contacted them to see what was happening, I was told that it might come the next day. By lunchtime, still no sign, I called again only to be asked if I had received an email to inform me that it would not arrive for another 2 weeks! I explained that my mother was having to sleep in a chair and thus I was very annoyed. In response, the manager phoned around and managed to locate one at another store, leaving me with a 40 mile round trip (nearly 2 hours) to collect it. Overall, not happy.

We just would like to say a huge "thank you" to Mohammed for being so efficient in the store yesterday and help us choose a bed frame for our daughter. He was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all our questions with no hesitation. Thank you Mohammed for being so helpful and making it so easy for us.

Despite if being late in the day Muhammed gave us the time to check different mattress's and answered our questions.

Local to me Bensons, so Reading, Coley, think was Sean I dealt with, but spelt in a funny way, explained what I wanted, found the right one easily, ordered, took a while to come, on the day the guys in the truck messaged they'd be half an hour late, only took ten minutes, quick carry in, upstairs, left in place on bed, I'd moved the outgoing one to be by the front door, picked that and into truck, that was Ivo and Diyam, just made the whole thing easy, would I buy again, yes!

great service in store with no pressure salemanship and quick easy delivery. the delivery guys were very friedly too.
Havn't tried the matress jet but if feels very comfortable.

Great website, great i store stock and the service was really good, no pushy selling just good advice.

Rita was so helpful and knowledgeable , she listened to our needs and used her experience to make sure we got the 2 beds that suited my 2children. She went above and beyond to please us, waiting patiently while we made our final selection, and we can’t wait for the beds to arrive now.
Great service in the showroom at reading link retail park . She really gave us excellent service and I was happy to purchase based on my experience in the showroom, would highly recommend a visit .
