Nicely advised in your shop..Later negotiated a price cut to match a sale deal with the manager. Delivery smooth postponed and rearranged.. Delivery guys on time and friendly.

We found the right bed, and were shown an appropriate selection, but the saleswoman tried too hard and talked too much. She came across as desperate for a sale. We got a good price and hopefully the right mattress.

We are happy with the mattress deal we got during the Easter holiday period from Bensons Beds. We went around the different mattresses at our own leisure and picked one out. The sales representative was helpful in organising our mattress for delivery.

Sealy Mattress purchase
Purchased an expensive Sealy Posturpuride Mattress in the Easter sale. Muhammad at the Reading store (388) was very helpful on making initial enquiries. Gave me clear information and facts i wanted to know. No pushy salesmanship, which gave me the confidence to purchase on the day. I look forward to receiving my order in the next 2 weeks.

Very pleased with my new bed base and…
Very pleased with my new bed base and the service I've received from Bensons Beds. Sami was extremely helpful when he sold me the bed base and all the communications there on in where great in terms of keeping me updated on delivery and what to expect. The two chaps who delivered and installed the bed were also great. I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Benson Beds and buy again.

"I am absolutely thrilled with the service! I had two beds and mattresses delivered, and the team was incredibly efficient. They built the new beds quickly and even took away my old mattresses, which was a huge help.
I was especially impressed because I’d just had new carpets fitted; the guys were so respectful, taking their shoes off without being asked and ensuring all waste was cleared away. The product quality is fantastic—I couldn't be happier!
