Walked in to check some mattresses out. We had a good look around , the one thing I did not want from this experience was a pesky salesman trying to sell the most expensive mattress in store. The staff were great , we had a food look around and they left us to it. Within half an hour I knew which mattress I wanted. I approached the salesman, he was pleasant, straight to the point an got me sorted in less than 15 mins. Fully recommend these guys , I should imagine if you need a salesman to help a quick nod and they would be with you . Couldn't be happier

Really helpful sales assistant, as well as the test mattress which confirmed what my ideal bed firmness was. Was shown a range of mattresses across a range of prices til I found my "perfect" fit
Mattress was delivered within a couple of weeks - I'm sleeping so much better. What a difference the "right" mattress makes!

Anita in the Preston store was really helpful. We needed two beds with different features and she led us through the choices very thoroughly.
She made the whole experience enjoyable as well.

We went to the Preston Docklands store yesterday, 3/8/24. It was empty, aside from two members of staff (a man and a woman) who looked at us as we walked in then completely ignored us and carried on a loud conversation about the personal life of the woman. Not even so much as an acknowledgement and no offer of help. We walked around and out then left to buy a bed elsewhere with far better customer service (which, to be fair, wasn't hard).

Customer service was excellent and Steve at the Preston branch was extremely knowledgeable on all products and friendly especially letting our children test run the beds they wanted 👍

The friendly and patient staff where brilliant, not only where they wonderful with us but they were wonderful with our two little girls.

The mwmber of staff wa very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, when choosing what kind of mattress to have.

Helpful staff but unfortunately as I had money due to myself from 2019 and the previous branch had not put sufficient notes on the system I came away originally without having my order placed. Anita and Gary at Preston branch both very patient and helpful..Telephoned customer services the following morning and Danielle managed to trace all my previous orders and allocated the balance due to me new voucher numbers. Telephoned Preston to place my order and the original bed I wanted had been withdrawn from the sale however it was still showing on the website at the reduced price. Gary explained that it could take a few hours for the website to be updated. I waited until lunch time found a better bed had been reduced and proceeded to order that..it is due to be delivered on the 23 July

to the very cheerful delivery team- Graham and Paul who carried the bed and mattress upstairs.
It was great to be able to walk in and try out different mattresses and see the large selection of bed styles, something one does not get the feel for online.

Friendly welcoming helpful knowledgeable non pushy staff.

Mo presented several types of mattresses which at first I found confusing as this is the first time I have actually purchased a bed even though I'm in my 80s. But I was able to get an impression (sorry for the pun) by lying on two or three of the mattresses and of course found that the most comfortable was the most expensive! However Mo told me that it was a special offer on this particular mattress in a clearance sale, which was extremely good value.
