Very good! "Five Stars" service!

I am delighted with all the items received and my new bed is very comfortable, so I would happily recommend Bensons For Beds.

Communication between purchase and delivery was very comprehensive. I always knew what was happening and when and everything happened exactly when promised.

Visited a few bed outlets in the area and found Bensons the best. The Assistants were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to place my order with them.
I had been on-line beforehand and seen delivery to be from 1 week, but my delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. All good things are worth waiting for and I look forward to seeing and sleeping on my new bed.

Welcoming staff (Reuben) who was very knowledgeable about their products. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. Attentive and considered the needs of my Mother-in-law.

Excellent customer service received in the Poole branch. It was a pleasure deciding which bed to buy with guidance from super helpful salesman John. Nothing was too much trouble… help with measurements and advice on different types of ottoman beds, materials and headboard styles. I don’t have to wait too long for delivery and the bonus was I managed to get 20% off as just caught a summer sale! Met most of staff in shop including the manager. All very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Hopefully the delivery and assembly will go as smoothly as the sales experience. A big shout out to John and the team. Thank you 😊

Every thing was good

The assistant that helped us was friendly and very informative about the variety of products in the shop. He was very patient with us as we asked questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The shop was well stocked and gave us a variety to chose from and at sensible prices. We didn’t feel there was any ‘hard selling ‘ going on. It was a pleasure to shop there and we will go back.

Excellent service from purchase to delivery

From the moment I stepped into the Benson for Beds store, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. The team, led by Paul was incredibly welcoming and helpful, guiding me through the options and helping me choose the perfect bed for my needs. I could immediately tell they knew their stuff!

As delivery day approached, I was kept well-informed about the schedule. Gary and his colleague made sure I knew the exact date and time of delivery via both phone calls and text messages – I felt completely in the loop.

When delivery day finally arrived, I received a courtesy call letting me know the ETA. True to their word, the delivery team arrived on time, and right from the start, I was greeted with smiles and a professional, friendly attitude. They made the entire process so easy, even though my new bed had to be carried up to a bedroom at the top of the house. No complaints, just great service.

They placed my bed exactly where I wanted it and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The whole experience was stress-free, and I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

A huge thanks to Gary and the team for making my day so special! I hope they enjoyed the coffee and biscuits I made for them as a small token of appreciation. I highly recommend Benson for Beds to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free purchase and delivery experience.

The salesman Lee was knowledgeable about the products in store, and helped us with his honest opinion. Even though we weren’t sure, he left us to think which is good because we don’t like pushy salesperson. We left the shop and tried other places but Lees advice came back and we completed our purchase with you.

It was made easy and all questions answered in a way I could understand. I have heart problems and sleep apnea but since the new mattress my sleep has improved many fold. They delivery guys were extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Bensons-for-beds will be my go too.

Tim and Paul at Poole Branksome branch are very helpful. Tim explained different beds ( pockets, memory, latex free etc) in details and very patient with me asking questions. Paul was the one arranging delivery and finance options. The whole buying process is very smooth and lovely staff. I would recommend this branch to my friends and relatives.

Ruben was great, showed us different styles for what we were after, didn't rush us or try and make us go over our budget. He did everything to make sure we got what we wanted for the best price.
