It is always pleasing when you feel like you have had excellent customer service! Credit to Adina, who cares for her customers like she was the owner of the business herself. On the day of purchase the whole experience was a very pleasant one, allowing us to take our time and get all the details from a very helpful manager.
Sadly the delivery was not quiet so efficient, it appears they had a team meeting first thing that meant they were an hour later than the time window.
The delivery guys can not be faulted, they were very efficient and worked hard to get old mattress out and new one in. We have been sleeping well ever since.

The delivery went very smoothly. The team (John H and Steven B) arrived on time and were professional and efficient at removing my old bed and mattress and assembling the new one.
My first impression is that the new bed is definitely more supportive and comfortable than the old one. It's a few inches higher but I was expecting that and will get used to it.

We visited Didcot branch this week and were looked after Jay. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was simply able to explain the differences between mattresses that we were interested in. There were some discrepancies with the prices which we handled very well, we were extremely happy with the service provided. Excellent customer service, we highly recommend it

When I entered the store I had a cheerful greeting before being shown around. I explained I wanted a whole new bed and mattress and was guided to one fitting my description. I spent some time looking at it and asking questions which were answered fully without any rush or hurry. The conversation was very helpful and easy to follow. There was a friendly atmosphere. I made a decision and a purchase.

Received excellent help when selecting a bed. Very courteous sales person. The delivery was carefully and politely assembled in our home to our great satisfaction.

I went to the shop with an idea of the mattress I wanted . The salesman asked me what I was looking for. He then showed me 4 mattreses, I tried out all 4 and instantly new which one I wanted. Iwent to the desk and he took all my details and then told me the price, I was a little shocked but I wanted a good mattres that would last, he told me it had a 5 year warrenty and it was the best mattres in the store. He told me the delivery date and he let me pick the day best for me.I have recieved emails to keep me in the loop of what is going on. I"m very happy so far,but will update once it is delivered.

We were served by Adina at Didcot branch on the purchase of the Lorenzo bedroom wardrobe and corner unit, Adina was a lovely person to deal with and helped us through the whole purchase process
Although it was an ex display units, Tylor and Adina helped us enormously, especially when the assembly instructions were not with the units which were found through the customer service chat bot by Tylor which is so helpful on the assembly

A smooth efficient service. Able to try a variety of mattresses. No pressure to buy and did not try to push the most expensive product and focussed on our needs

We looked at the Simba mattress deal online but wanted to try the mattress first so went to our local benson for beds store.
We liked the mattress and the shop assistant was very helpful and matched the online price .
We are also helping out local high street shops .
Excellent service would definitely recommend benson for beds.

Very helpful employee in our local store in Didcot who took time to explain and let us try the various mattresses and then he also explained the ordering and delivery process.

Upon entering the shop we were directed to the area we wanted then left to browse, as soon as we needed help there was someone to help. The sales person was most helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend Benson's to anyone.

Tyler the store manager is an amazing example of good customer service. He left us to peruse, was knowledgeable when questioned, and enabled us time to decide the best item for our budget. If in the vicinity and you wish to purchase a new bed go to Bensons in Didcot. Hopefully you’ll be as satisfied as we are.
