Ottoman damaged on arrival and headboard did not even arrive. No explanation given. All had to be reordered leading to another delay. Having spent nearly £4,000 in total with mattress extremely aggrieved at service between ordering and delivery

Good support in store, everything explained well. No issues at all.
Would shop again in future.

From going into the store, to ordering our new bed frame and Mattress, right up to delivery and assembly it has been a most positive experience. The young man in the shop was helpful and knowledgeable and delivery came bang on time, with plenty of texts to keep me informed and updated with progress. The delivery men were wonderful and assembled the bed so expertly. My son now has a wonderful new bed and the only downside is we may have delayed him leaving home by a couple of years! Cannot praise Benson's for beds highly enough.

Great engagement from salesman

The showroom staff were very supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. They explained everything in a simple way that was easy to understand, even for someone with little knowledge about mattresses and beds.

I had a great experience in the showroom. Ash support staff took the time to explain each mattress, its features, and the benefits of each option. His friendly approach and excellent customer service made choosing the right mattress much easier. I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for expert advice and a great shopping experience.

We were able to browse & take our time, looking at different beds. We were also given expert advice about mattresses, under bed storage & details about removal of the old bed.
When we placed our order, we were given a date for delivery of the new bed. Decland, the manager was very helpful & the whole experience was very productive & enjoyable.

Tested in store, ordered online, delivered as promised. All round great experience

Arriving at the store it appeared empty but we found the "office" upstairs where we were met by friendly staff. We were shown various styles of mattress and were helped to make our purchase. The mattress arrived as scheduled. We now sleep very well.

We had to move the delivery date several times and they were always accommodating. Notified a few days before of 2 hr del slot. Bed arrived on time and taken upstairs. Tools included to fit bed together, well made easy to follow instructions 😀

The delivery guys were lovely and quick and very mindful of our pictures we have on the staircase. So happy with our bed. Being disabled can be hard when it comes to what bed I sleep in but this one has had me fall asleep quicker than our last bed.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Declan (at the castle marina retail park) for assisting us in finding the right mattress for my mother in law. She had specific needs, and he showed us a range of mattresses that would suit her needs. He was also very good with my son who was very curious and explaining what everything is. His customer service skills were fantastic.

We went to Bensons for Beds in Nottingham. The gentleman that helped us was brilliant. We told him the deal we had been offered at a rival company and we were ready to order but could they do the same or better. We got a great deal and our new mattress was delivered a week later (this is 3 weeks sooner than their rival offered). Our new Tempur mattress and pillows are perfect. We have both had aches and pains for years, we just put it down to normal wear on our bodies but looking back we should have invested in a better mattress sooner. I would absolutely recommend these guys, the whole process from ordering to delivery was spot on.
