The process, from advice and sales, through to delivery, was great. Tom, the sales person, was friendly, helpful and honest. He explained it'd take two to assemble the beds, which it did, but the instructions and parts were delivered in good condition so we managed it without too much hassle. The delivery team kept us informed, delivered on time, were polite and handle the boxes with care.

We were impressed with the wide choice of beds and mattresses. Simon, the sales assistant, was very helpful without being pushy. He understood our budget and worked with us to find the right option, and in the end, he managed to offer us a really good deal.
The order was delivered on time, and the delivery team were very professional and friendly.
The bed was easy to assemble, and so far the mattress is very comfortable. We have six weeks to decide whether it’s the right one for us, which gives us plenty of time to make sure we’re happy with our choice.
Overall, a very positive experience so far!

All throughout the process information was communicated to which was great, Janis and Carlos came to deliver the bed and mattress, they were lovely they put the bed exactly where i wanted and were friendly, will definitely be coming back to buy my bed and mattress here, the customer service is great and to be honest a lot of shops do not give that these days.

Damaged during delivery, no response.
Ordering the bed was great; the process was seamless. However, the mattress was damaged during delivery by the delivery men. I've emailed to say that I'm not happy and what's the follow-up process, I've had no response. Very disappointing considering I've spent £2,500.
