Nice, friendly and helpful service.

All 3 members of staff with a special mention to Sean were attentive and made the effort to help despite a difficult transaction process.

- I brought 3 mattress on 6th Sept,2023 and will be delivery 2 mattress on 25th Sept,2023.
- I leave my update mobile on 24th Sept,2023 by Email
- Did'nt receive any call on 25th Sept by delivery and receive an email of change the date of delivery on 29th Sept because of nobody at this address but I wait at home for whole day.
- I got a phone call from the company will rearrange the delivery on 17th Oct,2023 because of the items is out of stock now.
- I try to contact the company about if I cancel the order will charge me 20% of the amount (868.98 x 20%) which I can't find this terms in the Conditions of Sale

Excellent customer service from all the staff there. They were able to answer all my questions, were nor remotely pushy and coped well with my indecision. They were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Emma and Tony were extremely helpful in finding us a good deal and a great mattress and bed. Our mattress was delivered the next day and our bed frame will be with us within 1 week. What a great service! The purchase was very straightforward and the staff are great! Will definitely buy from Bensons again.

Perfect service by Emma and felt no hard sales approach - just trying to help. We visited in the morning and came back in the afternoon and bought a frame and a madras. A really helpful lady called Emma helped us both times visiting the store at Silverlink Newcastle…only annoyed we still had to pay delivery charge on a £3049.00 bed !!!!!!

The items ordered were delivered as agreed and within the suggested time period. Crew were quick and ensured that they did nothing to damage anything in the area they were busy in. Well recommended.
