Bensons For Beds - North Shields306 Recensioni

Lovely in-store staff, helpful and informative. Excellent communication once bed was ordered for delivery and delivery lads were great. Bed is very nice too! Huge thanks.

I loved the system for finding out which type of mattress would be suitable for me! A good range of mattresses and prices. I liked the fact that some mattresses were classed as vegan. Good to know that if the mattress isn't right for us we can exchange it within a set time. Knowledgeable staff.

I love my new mattress, sleeping so much better!
Highly recommend!

Service in the Silverlink store was great, staff were really friendly & knowledgable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very, very helpful lady (Tracy) who was very knowledgeable about the different products.

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good display of beds so you can look and decide. Good prices.

The assistant was friendly and not pushy. Plus there was no hard selling and we were able to just have a good look around first.

Staff very helpful and informative allowing us to browse without being constantly in your face as some places can be, staff were courteous and professional

From visiting showroom with their excellent staff to the delivery of our supercomfy mattress we can't praise Bensons enough. Price range, choice, customer service were second to none plus delivery staff were pleasant, proficient and very respectful of our home. We'll done Bensons.

One of the worst companies I have had the misfortune of buying something from

Helpful member of staff who was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. we were given plenty of time to make up our minds.

Staff were not pushy they let us look and then answer all our questions.

We were buying a new bed for a senior relative. Tony the salesman was helpful, patient and polite and helped to make the process easier. We were happy with the experience and outcome.

There was lots of different types of beds to choose from, and a machine that made it easier to choose the firmness that we required. The assistant that helped us make our choice was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and really made the experience nice

No pressure to buy, good knowledge of the product and the variations, starting with the "test bed" to gauge your firmness preference.

Very good service got everything we needed the gentleman could not have been more helpful very pleased with our purchase.

Very helpful member of staff. Knowledgable and pleasant. No hard sell!

Choice, good service, local store
