Very pleasant lady who I dealt with showed me everything I needed tried all different mattresses till I got the best one I did mention that all other shops visited scrapped the delivery charge which she explained it was company policy ( not too pleased ) but accepted it overall good service

Great all round service always there to help and not pressured into looking at things your not interested in unlike some of there competitors

the shop assistant very helpful and knowledgeable. very friendly and no pressure to buy. when we decided we wanted to go ahead with our purchase he dealt with it very quickly and explained delivery clearly

The sales assistant at Silverlink store yesterday was so polite,friendly,patient and helpful and made buying a new bed from.you an absolute pleasure,she is an assett to your company.

From my initial visit to choose the bed to the final delivery all staff were very helpful. I was kept well informed about my delivery and it all went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Came in yesterday with with my seriously ill husband looking for a mattress. The staff could see he was struggling to get round and when he asked to use toilet they said no your not allowed there’s one in marks and Spencer’s which was clearly to far for him to walk. Spent a grand on a mattress and thought they could be a bit nicer. One member of staff was walking around the show room eating a carrot another wearing jeans , not very good look.

Everything went as it should, no problems at all.

We really had no idea what kind of bed we wanted or needed and were quite overwhelmed by the choice there was. We had no need to worry because the help and advice we received was second to none. The chap who looked after us was patient and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Eventually we chose our bed with no hassle at all and were very grateful for the help we received from the lovely staff at North Shields .
