Very happy customer
The staff were very helpful and approachable. I walked in having found a decent offer on their website but I still prefer to see items in person. The member of staff (Sarah) was very helpful and showed me the items I had been looking at online. Trying to match the colour of the headboard and the base of the divan was hard to do online. Sarah also showed me more offers and that they had in store. I was able to come away with what I was after at an even cheaper price than I had calculated online thanks to Sarah. Also got a further 6% off due to blue light card and that’s even on sale items they have in store.
Very happy with the money saved and getting bed at a great price.

Great experience from start to finish
Experience started in store in Mansfield where I spoke to Emma about the sort of bed I was looking for and the dimensions that would fit that space. Emma sorted me a quote and once I had decided to go ahead I arranged this over the phone. Delivery was arranged for a day that worked well for me, it arrived within the time slot specified (it was great to get a narrow 2 hour window) and the bed itself was nice and easy to put together. My daughter is very happy with her new bed

The Staff at the store in Mansfield are brillent. Id been looking for a new bed, and found one I liked, however it went off sale, before I decided to buy it, so went up in price. The staff told me it will go back sale at some point and took my number. About a month later I got a call, it was back on sale again.
They so friendly and none pushy, which is what I like. Take the time to explain everything then leave to to wander round. What more can you ask..

Unhappy that first delivery cancelled…
Unhappy that first delivery cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. They refused to deliver outside of weekdays even though they cancelled the weekday delivery and were a little rude regarding this. I have fixed holidays and was unable to “take the day off”to accommodate their cancellation. Otherwise mattress and sales staff excellent in Mansfield.
