From start to finish the experience was great however it would have been beyond great if the cardboard (11 boxes) were unpacked and taken away. Also on greater inspection of the paperwork I realised that ‘building’ the bed is down to me! This was never mentioned during the sales process and a bit of a shock as I am a single female - bensons recommended a local fitter when I queried it but it was an additional £250 !! A lot on top of an already 5K bed

I would highly recommend this company for first class care. They helped my mother from choosing the right bed to delivery.

Going into the store in white city manchester the staff were helpful then left us to browse,picked the bed I wanted and it's so comfy😄

Bensons held our order for over 3 months due to a slow house completion and delivered exactly on the day we arranged after delaying delivery several times, could not be happier with the service and the bed!!

Everything was very good. The help and advice in store was great. The two delivery guys, Joe and Mohammed were the nicest people you could ever meet.

A young lad called Scott served me at Benson for Beds in White City, he was so welcoming and knowledgeable. He let me try out a number of mattresses and put no pressure on me at all, instead just took his time and let me make a decision. He was a credit to the team.

Huge thank you to Marcus at Bensons for Beds in Old Trafford for helping me find the perfect mattress! I knew absolutely nothing about mattresses going into the process and honestly had no idea where to even start, but Marcus made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

I first went into store a couple of months before my move just to have a look around and get some advice, and Marcus was incredibly helpful from the start. Once everything was finally in place with my move, I went straight back to Bensons specifically so I could order my mattress through him.

Marcus is incredibly charismatic, knowledgeable and genuinely great at what he does. What really impressed me was that even after over a month, he still remembered me and even remembered my mattress preferences, which made the whole experience feel really personal and showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers.

He’s an incredible salesman, drives a hard bargain and somehow knows absolutely everything there is to know about mattresses (how anyone can know that much about mattresses I will never know). He took the time to explain everything properly, answer all my questions and made sure I chose the right one for me.
The customer service was brilliant throughout and the whole process felt really stress free. I’ve now ordered my mattress and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Would highly recommend Marcus to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress!
